I can't say enough great things about this bike shop! I flew into Carcassonne airport and assembled my 90's mountain bike, only to realize that it wasn't riding well as I crossed the foothills of the Pyrenees. Despite the high tourist season, Vivian, the owner and mechanic, kindly took my call and scheduled me for a same-day appointment.
Vivien, who speaks both English and French, was incredibly meticulous in his examination of my bike. He corrected the assembly mistakes I'd made and walked me through each adjustment, ensuring I understood everything and felt confident about riding and maintaining my bike throughout my trip.
The improvements were immediately noticeable, and my bike rode superbly for the entire two weeks in the south of France. I highly recommend Vivien to anyone in need of expert bike service. Thank you, Vivien, for your exceptional care and professionalism. Wishing you all the best!

Mr Joffre accepted my punctured Electric Bike into his care at short notice and worked on it even on his weekend off so that I would not be troubled by the Public Holiday the following week. He also attended to several little adjustments to make my ride safer and more comfortable. Very helpful in his explanations and patient with my limited French, I feel most fortunate to have found him. I highly recommend his professional, courteous service and advice. And he didn't charge a fortune either!!!!
